• In the online shop (as a Print@Home ticket).
• At over 80 sales points (boat stations, train stations, tourist offices, hotels in Central Switzerland).
• At selected SBB train stations in Switzerland.

Yes, from certain border stations. However, your train must stop there:

• From Zurich: Valid from Pfäffikon SZ or Baar.
• From Ticino: Valid from Göschenen.
• From Bern (via Interlaken): Valid from Interlaken Ost.
• Via Emmental: Valid from Langnau i.E.

Yes. The days run consecutively. You cannot split them up.

Travelers with disabilities can take a companion or a guide dog with them for free.

• Requirements: Residence in Switzerland, an official disability card, and the need for assistance. One of the two needs a valid Lucerne Travel Pass.
• Important: Foreign disability cards do not entitle you to free accompaniment or discounts with the Lucerne Travel Pass.

No. The Lucerne Travel Pass is already a heavily discounted combined offer. There are no additional group discounts. The children's offer does not apply to school classes.

• The more days you book, the lower the daily rate.
• The 10-day pass costs you the equivalent of just CHF 36.50 per day.

No. The Lucerne Travel Pass is personal. It features your first and last name. You cannot pass it on to anyone else.

No. For safety reasons or maintenance work, some railways are closed in winter or operate on modified schedules. Always check the winter timetable beforehand.

No. You cannot obtain winter sports day passes with the Lucerne Travel Pass.

Generally, no. However, when it's busy during peak season, reservations are recommended for the following railways:

• Brienz-Rothorn Railway
• Pilatus Railways
• Stanserhorn Cabrio

Important: Reservation fees are not included in the Lucerne Travel Pass.

• Unlimited travel across the entire regional network.

The offer for children is fixed and very affordable:

• Under 6 years: Travel completely free of charge.
• From 6 to 15 years: Pay a one-off CHF 30 for the entire validity period (3 to 10 days).
• Requirement: An adult traveling with a valid Lucerne Travel Pass must accompany them.

No. General cancellation of the Lucerne Travel Pass is not possible.

• Exception: In the event of illness or an accident, go to your point of sale and present a medical certificate. You will receive a pro-rata refund.
