Les voyageurs en situation de handicap peuvent être accompagnés gratuitement par une personne ou un chien-guide.
- Conditions : résidence en Suisse, possession d’une carte officielle d’invalidité et besoin d’assistance. L’une des deux personnes doit posséder un Lucerne Travel Pass valide.
- Important : les cartes d’invalidité étrangères ne donnent pas droit à l’accompagnement gratuit ni à des réductions avec le Lucerne Travel Pass.
Non. Le Lucerne Travel Pass est déjà une offre combinée fortement réduite. Il n'y a pas de réductions de groupe supplémentaires. L'offre pour enfants ne s'applique pas aux classes scolaires.

Oui. L'enfant n'a pas besoin d'être le vôtre. Les grands-parents, les voisins ou les parrains/marraines peuvent également bénéficier du prix fixe de 30 CHF. L'offre est valable jusqu'à la veille du 16e anniversaire de l'enfant.
Non. L'annulation générale du Lucerne Travel Pass n'est pas possible.
