Does the child fixed price for the Lucerne Travel Pass also apply to grandchildren or neighbors' children?

Yes. The child doesn't have to be your own. Grandparents, neighbors, or godparents can also use the CHF 30 fixed price. The offer is valid up to the day before the child's 16th birthday.
